Who operates this website
XPT OÜ is responsible for personal information handled through this website and our enquiry email. We are registered in Estonia under number 14465145, at Katusepapi tn. 4, 11412 Tallinn, Estonia. Contact us at software@xpt.is.
When you browse
This is a static website. It has no accounts, contact forms, analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies. It uses system fonts, and visual assets are served from our own domain.
We use your browser’s language settings to suggest a language. If you choose a language yourself, we save only that preference in your browser using localStorage. It stays on your device and is not used for tracking. You can remove it by clearing this site’s browser data.
Your browser still sends technical information to the server to load a page, including your IP address and request details. We do not keep routine website access logs. The server may record technical information in error logs when a problem occurs. We use this information to keep the website working and secure, based on our legitimate interest in operating the site.
When you email us
We receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your enquiry or provide support. Depending on the enquiry, this is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, fulfil a contract, or pursue our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence.
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, or to meet applicable legal obligations. Technical error logs are kept on a rotating basis for troubleshooting and security. We do not sell personal information or use enquiry emails for marketing.
