Send your question to software@xpt.is. For a technical issue, a few details will help us understand what’s happening:
- The app name and version.
- Your device and operating system version.
- What you expected, and what happened instead.
- The steps that led to the issue, if you remember them.
A screenshot can help, too. Please remove any private information before sending it, and don’t include passwords, payment details, or other secrets.

Our first apps are still in development. We’ll add product pages and official download links to this website when they’re available.
Can I ask a question before an app is released?
Of course. Email us with your question. We haven’t announced release dates or a public testing programme yet.
How can I report a security or privacy issue?
Email software@xpt.is with a description of the issue and enough detail for us to look into it. Please don’t send anyone else’s personal data.
